NSAA’s Winter Conference & Tradeshows are where the industry comes together to network, share, learn about challenges and opportunities, and check out the latest products and services from industry suppliers. This event typically attracts more than 650 decision-making senior leadership teams and department managers and supervisors from areas large and small. The Western Winter Conference & Tradeshow will take place January 14-16, 2025, in Palisades Tahoe, CA. The Eastern Winter Conference & Tradeshow will take place February 4-5, 2025, in Mount Snow, VT.

Exhibitor Registration Fees

An exhibiting company must be a NSAA member to attend this event. For information on becoming a member, please click here.

Exhibit Space – with electrical  
By 1/3 – $900 After 1/3 – $900
The above rates entitle NSAA Supplier member companies to one 6’ wide X 30” high tabletop exhibit space, two side chairs, 8’ high back draped wall, a wastebasket, floor markings, ID sign, and one 110v electrical outlet. Additionally, these rates include one complimentary full conference registration.
Exhibit Space without electrical
By 1/3 – $850 After 1/3 – $850
The above rates entitle NSAA Supplier member companies to one 6’ wide X 30” high tabletop exhibit space, two side chairs, 8’ high back draped wall, a wastebasket, floor markings and an ID sign. Additionally, these rates include one complimentary full conference registration.
Briefcase – no exhibit space
By 1/3 – $500 After 1/3 – $575
NSAA Supplier member companies may attend the tradeshow to conduct business without occupying an exhibit space. This fee includes one complimentary full conference registration.  
Once your company is registered, additional representatives can register at the below rates:
Additional Company Representative
By 1/3 – $200 After 1/3 – $250
The above rate is per person and includes entrance to all Winter Conference and Tradeshow events as listed on the agenda. One complimentary personnel registration is included with each company’s exhibit space/briefcase fee.

Exhibit Space Confirmations

A confirmation email with your company's exhibit space number will be sent to the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration. Confirmations will be sent on a weekly basis beginning December 15.

Shipping Information

Shipping & Material Handling

BJR Expo Services will handle shipping and material handling for this event. They will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials at their warehouse beginning Friday, 12/13. All items must be received by Tuesday, 1/7. There are NO direct shipments for this event. Furniture & Decorating

It’s important to know that the tradeshow floor is carpeted and only one 6’ table is included with each exhibit space. Please contact Jennifer Larson at NSAA for information on ordering additional items.

Tradeshow Schedule

Tuesday, 1/14

  • Exhibitor Load-In: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Tradeshow Hours: 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, 1/15

  • Tradeshow Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Tradeshow Hours: 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, 1/16

  • Exhibitor Move-Out: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
    • All materials must be removed from facility by 10:00 a.m. After that time, any materials left in the tradeshow hall will be considered trash.

Shipping Information

Shipping & Material Handling

Capital Convention Contractors will be handling all exhibitor packages for this event. They will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials at their warehouse beginning Monday, 1/6. All items must be received by Tuesday, 1/28. There are NO direct shipments for this event. Capital will contact the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration with detailed shipping information and freight labels. Note, this email will come from help@capitalconventions.com.

Furniture & Decorating

It’s important to know that the tradeshow floor is carpeted and only one 6’ table is included with each exhibit space. Additional items can be ordered through Capital’s online services and they will contact the individual linked to the booth/briefcase registration with details on this process. Orders received with full payment by Tuesday, 1/21, will receive discounted pricing. Standard pricing will prevail for all orders received after this date.

Event FAQs

Can I get an attendee list?

Yes, you will receive a list of pre-registered attendees for the Western Conference on Monday, January 6, and for the Eastern Conference on Monday, January 27.

Is there a virtual component to the event?

No, we do not plan to livestream or record the in-person event at this time.

Will NSAA be utilizing a meeting app?

Yes, we will be using Whova for event information and details.  Attendees will receive an email from Whova to create their profile approximately one month prior to the event; each registrant must provide a unique email address. Learn more about Whova.

How do I register? 

You can register online at using the links above.  Select the show you plan to attend, then select your member type to begin the process.  You will need to use a credit card to complete your registration. 

Can I register multiple people at the same time? 

Yes, you may register multiple people at the same time when registering yourself online. Keep in mind each person you register needs a unique email address and you will need to provide a credit card to complete your registration. 

Can an assistant or admin register other people? 

Yes, an admin/asst. can register other people.  Simply click the “Register Someone Else” button. Please keep in mind each registrant needs their own unique email address. 

What if I need to cancel or exchange my/someone’s registration?

To make changes or cancellations, please send an email to nsaa@nsaa.org and we will make the change and/or refund.
