Convention Location
JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort | 400 S Collier Blvd | Marco Island, FL 34145
Situated along three miles of pristine private beaches, the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort is approximately one hour south of Fort Myers. Look in the Diagrams and Maps section of Whova for maps of the property. The resort is a cash-less property and we recommend you bring cash for tipping your housekeepers and bellmen.
Transportation
There are several options for ground transportation from the Southwest Florida International Airport including ride shares (Lyft and Uber), rental cars, and shuttle service with Naples Transportation & Tours. Visit the convention webpage for discounted rate information and to book a shuttle. Interested in sharing a ride (and the cost)? Post your request in Whova.
Note: While it is very easy to secure an Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel, we have been advised that both services have recently been unreliable with transportation back to the airport. We highly suggest making shuttle reservations in advance.
Parking
The below discounted rates are applicable to both day and overnight guests of the JW Marriott:
- Self-parking - $22 per vehicle, per day/night
- Valet- $26 per vehicle, per day/night
Weather
The weather at Marco Island can get into the mid to high 80s during the day and upper-60s to lower 70s at night; check the forecast here. Several social events are scheduled to be held outside, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater. Events will be held inside in the event of rain.
Resort Discounts
We hope you’ll take some time to enjoy the resort. All attendees receive a 10% discount on spa services and greens fees/cart rental. Simply mention NSAA when making your reservation.

Please note that you will need to provide the email address you used to register for the event to access Whova. Visit the registration desk located in Calusa North Foyer for help with Whova.
Welcome Reception
Sunday, May 11 | 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
The opening Welcome Reception will be held on the Tiki Beach, located just behind the hotel. This scenic location is a fantastic place to re-connect with friends and peers before the Convention kicks into gear. Casual attire is perfect for this reception.
Volleyball Tournament
Tuesday, May 13 | 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Grab your sunscreen and get ready to spike, dive, and dig your way to victory in the beach volleyball tournament showdown! Fantastic prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams. See the NSAA registration desk for more information. Participation fee: $25/pp. Even if you are not playing, you can still join the fun as we will have a DJ, live emcee, and tiki bar.
NSAA Awards Ceremony

Join us for the presentation of NSAA’s annual Golden Eagle, Safety, and Marketing awards, as well as the Conversion Cup. We will celebrate the best of our member resorts in the Banyan Ballroom.
